Guidelines for Returns and Cancellations
Order Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel an order are advised to contact Nuvia’s customer service team immediately. Since they typically dispatch orders within three working days, quick action is essential. The customer’s credit card is only charged once the order leaves their warehouse.
To cancel, customers should email the service team with the subject line “Cancellation” and include their order number. Nuvia will make every effort to stop the shipment, but due to the fast shipping process, they cannot always guarantee it. If the cancellation is successful, customers usually receive their refund within 15 days.
Returning an Item
If a customer is not satisfied, Nuvia allows returns within 30 days of receipt. However, items must remain unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for resale.
Customers must notify the customer service team before sending back any product, as returns cannot be processed without prior approval. The cost of return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting a returned item, Nuvia processes the refund and credits it back to the original payment method within 14 days.
